I've been tracking a game for a while now, that hasn't even been released in NA/EU yet.. and they're faster, more frequent, and far less vague in their "update and status" posts than these guys are..

Ill be happy if all my noble deeds and waterwheels, and gem purchased licenses are there when they do this rollback. if not they should give us all enough gems to cover getting replacements for what we had on our islands at the time of the server shutdown. People who have bought gems directly are not the only ones who will take a hit from this, there are people such as myself who have traded hundreds of thousands of materials for gem items. We just have to hope they will cover everything we all have spent our time and money trying to get.

Over the last 4 days, I've traded for, and used, over 18k granite, 11k gc, have done several LS.. the list goes on..
I had 9 upgrades going when they took the server down, 1 of which was L5 prov house.. which has been pain enough to go without for 4 days..
But eh, if they F it up too much, there are always other games to waste my time on.

My problem is not that the game is down at all. Hell everything is apt to break or need repair so there is no need getting upset with that. It will happen again as well. The rollback does hurt a bit though but if its a must well so be it. I don't like it but i can live with it because I have no choice. However my problem is that this game has had many such issues since I started and BB is and was aware of them all and i guess they fixed them all for the most part, But my problem is that when they fixed the problems all the players get is shut out and a i'm sorry guys but it's fixed now so go play some more and yes we know your behind now so we will add some new crap to purchase soon that will help you get that time back. Here's 50 gems so you can wait a week and then buy 1 gold parrot once you get your weekly gems and hey guess what after that purchase you will have some gems left....nice of them huh? It would not cost them a dime to post some sort of timeline here so people wont spend countless hours here waiting. They could easily say hey guys we have a problem so we will try our best to have the game back online within x hrs, and the rollback with be x number of days so check back in with us at that time. Also once we are back online and have lost whatever to the rollback, it would also NOT cost them a dame to compensate the intire server of players fairly for their loss. Hell i have spent hundred dollar bills here and have run through over 100,000 gems easily and yet there are still items i could buy if i chose to. So how and why would it hurt BB to say we will give all the players 10k gems for the issue? It's not gonna hurt the company at all. Not gonna stop people from playing, not gonna stop the spenders from buying more when they run through them either. However if they don't issue a fair compensation i fear it will cost them players and we all know what players it will cost them the most of (the spenders) The totally free to play players are hurt as well but at least their wallets arnt touched in the process so they will be more inclined to continue on here rather a compensation is made or not. I on the other hand have grown tired of the repeat content, still no sort of pvp, and constant issues that occure in the game that the players have no control over and are always the ones losing.
So, with all that said i have made some nice friends here and i enjoyed the time i have spent here. But if im set too far back and im not compensated for my losses i will play no more. There are tons of games out there to play and I will share my wealth with one run by a company that cares for the players that pays their bills.

too think I almost bought a few Gempits and was gonna start spending money on this game. So disappointing.
Well I'm going to Gamestop and i guess they get my money today. Time to dust off the Playstation 3 and Xbox360

oh give me a break. They aren't going to roll back the game 4 months. People have been having problems for a few days. You think they don't backup the server daily? It's a GAME people. If you dropped big bucks on this game in the last 4 days, THEN you can send a request to TSO for a refund or to be sure your gems/items are replaced.
This is the biggest group of whiners I've ever heard.

These posts are real tear-jerkers! Some people make it sound so sad that...if some demand isn't met and their "lost time" is properly compensated they will just go spend their money elsewhere. As if a few angry peasants on the forum will bankrupt UBI. If a game runs so much of your life that it being down for less than 24 hours makes you re-evaluate your goals and time and causes you so much grief, then you are obviously spending way....too much time on a game to begin with.
I almost bought a gempit but because some unforseen piece of hardware failed on some server that no one could have forseen blew up and caught the server on fire I will no longer spend money on this game because no one cares about me and my feelings and that I'm losing virtual production time and they will obviously not compensate me at all and oh woes me :| *jumps off a bridge*
