    I think I'm going to be pretty ticked off if they give me 860 gems for the "compensation" I lost...

    2 Silos (level 3)
    1 Watermill (level 3)
    17 buildings that were upgraded to 4 from 3
    2 Improved Drill Plans

    resource wise I *had* in reserve...

    8k copper
    16k water
    10k coal
    5k gold ore
    3k gold bars
    4k gold coins

    This isn't even including Xp lost, adventures that I found/traded for, resources that I built up/traded for/sold, buildings being moved, etc

    Now, I am not ready to just jump all over the boards and start flaming, protesting, complaining, or bashing Ubi, they got the servers up and running, on a saturday no less, and they deserve to have the rest of the weekend off. And I'm willing to wait and see what kind of compensation they offer us. But franklu 860 gems, even 1k gems is kind of a slap in the face, considering those 1k gems will not replace what I lost.

    Honestly, I could care less about most everything I lost, other than the 2 silos, 1 watermill,4kgc, and the 2 drill plans, the rest I can build back up on my own.

    Here's an idea- if you paid for your gems with a CC, you can do a charge back on them. Even if it was months ago, most CC companies will refund your money and then go after the company for their money. Plus for every chargeback, UBI gets hit with a fine from the CC company.

    I was on the 7th day reward of gems and didn't get it because of the mess. I assume you are taking this kind of thing into account. If not, would appreciate it if you would.

    this is blatant theft as far as I am concerned. A true scam.... if you are selling something in a progressive game and then just bail out, you have chosen to waste and steal every penny that people have invested in you. If you have failed in your gaming endevor, suck it up and refund all money to all accounts that has been sent your way.

    Yea, sorry, I didn't realize the extent of just how bad this was. I just logged in and saw the extent of the damage. Don't you do daily back-ups Ubisoft? Take a look and see what I already spent on gems. I won't spend anymore, because I am not playing anymore. Terrible communication on this mess. I have been doing online gaming since Everquest was first released and never seen this extent of garbage. I will be filing a service ticket for the money I have spent. I doubt it will do any good but hopefully you get the point. Maybe someone with more time will file a class action lawsuit.

    Dead- you don't need a lawsuit (or maybe only those who paid cash/debit). If you paid with a CC, you can just dispute the charge. There is no downside to this for you. You immediately get a credit and the CC company does the rest. This is why I never, ever pay cash. With a CC, you have instant protection against things like this both for virtual items and real world items.

    Ubisoft to make this situation fair, give me a ROLLBACK REFUND for all of the money I spent on this game the past 16 months to purchase gems. It is just a rollback and I am sorry for the inconvenience to you. I will fix this quickly because I care about you, I really, really do. Trust me, I am thinking hard on what to do with my rollback refund...I am calling it reparation spending. Once I am good and ready to share my thoughts with you I most certainly will let you know what I have in mind. Until then, keep waiting for my response. Constantly try to log in to no update. Constantly go to the forums for an update. But, please do NOT submit a ticket to me asking me to share with you any information. I know you will understand. Please email me so we can make arrangements for my rollback refund. Thank you.

    [17:41] [UBI] BB_DXTed: For those of you that are seeing new in game issues: Garrison you didn't buy, generals you didn't have, quests not triggering correctly, etc. That is all being worked on as well as login issues and server zones issues since the rollback created those new issues. This dev team will fix things. Support has faith in them.
