What we really need!

Information Information Information can you kindly step up and provide us with at least some kind of time line so i don't keep checking every 15 minutes if it's gong to be down for days, man up and tell us so we can stop wasting time checking or maybe find another game to occupy our time. It's not only poor customer service but not particulary nice to keep us in the dark.

It would be common courtesy, for them to give us an idea of when this would be done. I guess they just dont think it is worth it to take the 30 seconds, and post an estimated finish time, and save all the people who play this game the time we are wasting checking every 15 min. Guess it just goes to show how much they respect there players.

They will most definetly lose me as a customer if they take 5 days thats for **** sure if they are that messed up they better move us to another server and comp the heck out of us for our inconveince.

Fixing network issues is not like making dinner..... There is no timer. It will get fixed, when it gets fixed. Any number of 100 things could have gone wrong and I would much rather they be working on those problems than sitting in front of a computer typing up unrealistic timelines just to appease the zombies on here.
