Rollback imo? 1 week gem sale with 100% extra gems.

Uh... don't think so.. it would cost me over 48K in gems to upgrade the 24 lvl 4 buildings that were rolled back to lvl 3 - even with a gem sale as suggested above, that would put me back $100. Not happening - EVER.

Not one more gem purchase in this game until what I lost is restored. Sorry BB...

I estimate my losses at 17k gems - but you figure that since some of that was simply due to time it's more like 12K gems....not including my time which I bill at 150 per hour.....you figure 2-3 hours per day ave....and I wonder how many people they've lost and then will lose when the compensation turns out to be less than what many expect.....

Hope they figure things out soon, cuz I'm not spending anything on gems til is fixed.... even though I have peeps really wanting things....and have lost atleast the most recent purchase of 24K gems from just before the rollback... grrrr... hoping to see something back soon!

Well, they are an hour overdue with an answer to this very issue. It said on their facebook page that they would tell us something by noon EST.

An update was posted a bit ago. It's pasted below for you:
"Unfortunately we still do not have an ETA on this, but we are aggressively looking into the situation. Apologies for the delays! Will have another update for you all at no later than 3pm EST."

Everyone just needs to give them a chance. It is after all a free game, they did not force you to play or spend money.
