    Disappointing turn of events. Censorship.

    Here we go again kids.
    The servers are down, BB as per custom stays quiet on any explanation. We have our newly appointed "Community Manager" updating that she doesn't know what's going on either.

    Naturally, We the players, the ones that buy gems and stay loyal, and roll with the changes good and bad, are frustrated. We post our frustrations on the community forums in an effort to vent our anger. Then our carefully constructed prose is deleted by the powers that be. Now that is pro-active!!

    Do we really think that whole guild was going get up and quit the game? Seriously? No offense to that person intended at all. But radical ideas in this community are met with merciless trolls that deliver punishment far greater than your censorship. Thus it would have taken some of the wrath away from the server issues.

    I cannot speak for the rest of the players, but I for one was wary and reluctant to give our "Community Manager" a chance to assist with the relationship between the players and the Developers. After a week or so, I thought she was doing well, asked the right questions, and she seemed genuinely concerned about our ideas and desires. Now, given her first "trial by fire" facing the ire of angry customers, We see that she has fallen in ranks against us. Censorship is wrong.

    I know this is post is not going to be met with approval by all, I'm sure it will be trolled again and again. That's the glory of Free Speech. I can say what I want, and so can you!! This is NOT the first time we have been gagged, sadly it will not be the last.

    Good Luck. Hopefully we'll see each other a week ago, or a month.. depends on the rollback.

    Okay, i didn't read it all... but this is what i go a response from Meesherbeans when i asked her when it will be back on and I Quote

    "I haven't been given an estimate at this time, and any estimate I personally could give you would be wildly speculative. I really am sorry that the information given out so far hasn't been very concrete or specific, but I'd rather give you guys exact, sure information rather than guesses or estimations. It wouldn't be fair to give everyone a time (so they can plan around it) and then have that time yanked out from under them."

    Their game, their forum, they can do what they want. Your buying of gems does not buy you any rights here, or give you any expectation of explanations. You might think it does, but it does not.

    Everyone is angry, posting yet another thread of yet another complaint about "customer service" you think you are owed is just an annoyance to those people who are patiently waiting for real information to get posted. And your use of being gagged is rather irrelevant since you have no rights here. You follow their rules, or they shut you down. That is all their is to it. This is not a "public" forum, it is owned by UBI so you follow their rules. I don't see how anyone can question this.

    Your in their house, they can gag you as much as they want. If you want rights, run your own forum.

    Post something of value and most likely your post will be left up. Post one more petulant, "I want my money/time/whatever back," and I'll be the very first to stand up & applaud when the Community Managers come through & wipe out all of those threads. They're a waste of everyone's time. If your life is so sad that you're only able to feel better by coming in here & venting because the game isn't available, then it's time to start re-examining your priorities.

    Personally, I'd much rather BB spend ALL their time & energy fixing the problems, and ZERO time explaining to the whiners what the timeline will be, or what the compensation will be.

    Many, many people have no idea what software development & debugging is all about. I've been developing code for 25 years, so here's a quick and simple analogy for you. Whenever I was asked how long it would take to fix a bug, my answer was always, "I'm not sure - how long does it take to catch a fish?"

    So chill out, stop filling up the forum with the whining & find something else to do with your lives. They'll explain stuff when they're **** good & ready, and not a moment before. And that's okay - because they're fixing the problem(s). And until the problems are fixed, and they know the extent of the damages/rollbacks/etc., how could they even begin to determine "fair" compensation? Walk before you run, take a deep breath, and be patient.

    It's a game, people. You're not curing cancer. Find some perspective.

    I am closing this thread (not removing it, not deleting it), but I'll explain a bit as to why. I have only removed posts or threads that directly violate the terms you all agreed to, and also those threads/posts that were disruptive. There are many posts and threads left open that are expressing frustration with the situation currently at hand, and I have no intentions of removing or silencing them. People are more than allowed to express their feelings and ask questions, but once they cross the line into being disruptive or breaking the forum guidelines/TOS, those posts will be modified as necessary.

    I'm sorry if you guys feel like I am censoring you, as that is most CERTAINLY not my goal, but the rules need to be followed.
