could not log in, but than i logged out and logged back in and all was well. thank you for your continued efforts

My population is wrong. I have 672 in troops and you have listed I have 1415. I cannot make any more troops due to the population being wrong. Also, only have 1 general showing in star menu and the other 4 are on the island but I cannot access them. What a mess. Gems and gc missing and got rolled back a level. How do play a game when you can't make troops nor access the garrisons? Can't level up like this and refuse to spend a dime more in buying gems. I cleared cookie cache and did everything on my end possible. your turn.
