Clearing the cache and cookies worked for me. I am able to connect and get my fix again.

ok i think it is a flash player problem update your flashplayer. I did and now i can log in.

My game is freezing from time to time so I must hit 'ctrl+f5'.
While chat box doesn't have that problem. I can read and write there all the time

While I have never had problems logging in, I've had this problem happen when someone is buffing my island & I try to go to an adventure. Refresh normally fixes it.
