i cant login, keeps saying server failed. plz fix, im havin withdrawls from not playin lol.

Over 24 hours later, nothing from support. Population and garrisons still a mess. I refuse to buy another gem to fix what has been made a complete mess. I had no problems till the roll back. Why even play when you can't get even 1 experience point?
******** I was told in an email via my support ticket to enjoy the game in it's present state. You have got to be kidding me, no way to level up without of course buying gems. I hardly think that is going to happen on my end. Your answers are generic and demeaning to one's intelligence.**********

I cannot log in to my account. I log in thru my Facebook account. However a friend of mine who logs in with a password can log in. so if I can change my account to log in with a password should i be able to get in???

Im still getting the connection failed.

For the people having trouble logging in, try the following steps [they worked for me]:
1) Log out of Settlers Online
2) Log out of facebook
3) Shut down your browser and then restart it.
4) Clear your browser cache
5) Shut down and restart your browser again
6) Log back in to fb
7) Log back in to Settlers Online
8) Click on the play button and see if you are still locked out.
[You may not have to perform steps 3 & 5, but I do them anyway when I clear my cache.]
