    It's been a week since Ive been able to log in. A WEEK. Ive been checking everyday. I need my Settlers fix please.

    This fixing of yours made more players unable to log in. Before this, i had no problems, now i cant see my island for more than 10 seconds. Somebody should tell us something!

    Yesterday I could log in fine. Now, when I log in I get "server zone crashed" "An error was detected in this zone. Please try again.". I have tried again repeatedly, in a different browser, cleared cache/cookies.

    Yesterday I had an open VtV with 7 hours left on the clock. When I tried to visit it, I got the server crashed message. Now it has expired I get the message at login

    I've had that bug a few times in the past when trying to visit an adventure. That's what I tried telling them in my support ticket, because it seems similar to that and might be the reason i've been getting the same, "Server Zone crashed" window during the log in queue for the past 4 days.

    Hi, I thought this problem should have been fixed by now or at least "UBISoft & BB" was a professional company that know how to take care of there costumer.
    It can't be to much to ask for a couple of updates a day.... just to "please" us who can't log in... can it?
    I've never experienced a company with such poor customer service and it's sad because I liked this game.
    So an update please It's NOT to much to ask for....
    Btw everything worked fine (just a bit slow uploading) before this roll back...

    Sorry guys but I have to say this: Generating SPAM in Technical thread won't help at all. It only makes it difficult to check if someone has posted any solution or a useful advice. 41 page already and I guess half of the posts are "Oh what a bad customer service style". Isn't there a more appropriate forum section for this? And again I understand it's annoying and so on. I'm sitting in the same s***, but you make it even more difficult than it already is.

    I have put in 2 mails here and asking what's going on...
    The reason to this 2 mails is just because I don't know anything so to be humble and honest do you think there would be 41 pages with upset people asking the same questions...IF they have had a couple of updates a day?
    My first mail is on pages 6 and my 2 mail is on this page witch is 41.

    Have a nice day every one and hope you all get an answer soon.
    btw I run a company myself and I wouldn't let my costumer wait this long for an answer...

    Been getting the "server zone crashed" message as well since the rollback. Given the XP I see just before it kicks me out, wonder if I was in the middle of an adventure...but can't say anything for certain. Cleared cookies/cache, no luck...I think we need an old priest, a young priest and a very large hammer
