They lost several accounts over the past week and now they're banning those that make an issue of it so it looks like it isn't their fault and doesn't disrupt the flow of money from new unsuspecting customers.

iam not able to log in to the game i guess ill have to play diablo 3 if you wait to long i wont come back cant play a game that is always down and takes things away from you / you better check your records because i have spent money you wont get any more iam not a happy camper
