Still Having Issues After Rollback

If any of you have recently been able to log in (first, yay!) and now find you are missing Generals or cannot log into your island, please send one support ticket in so they can look into the matter for you.

i have tried shutting down, rebooting. clean cookies and cache. still nada. i am getting very tired not getting on. the fact that i have spent over 500 dollars on this game ., i feel some sort of answer should be forthcoming.

The "Play Now" button seems to be broken. I click on it, and no response. I tried sending in a ticket, but that gave me an error message as well, and I don't think my ticket went through. I've rebooted, cleaned my cache and cookies, not sure what to try next. Any suggestions? Thanks!

still...it still wont let me sign in. seriously? its been days since the server "came back online" i do like this game alot but jeeze give me a break

Using Chromes cleared cookies and cache still no luck you're losing me here.

I am also getting error when trying to play. I am receiving this message:

I have been getting this for the last three days.

Fourth Day - Still receiving "Server Zone Crashed" message. Deleted cache / cookies in IE, Firefox, Chrome & Safari with no success. Tried combinations of logging out and reboot... have not made it to work. I am beginning to think there is something wrong with my Account as others appear to be able to log in.
