Still Having Issues After Rollback

Im still waiting for my 5 missing generals too, lost some troops but would rather just have my generals so i can play the game, do adventures . sure hope they arrive after this maintenance, I placed a report saturday when the game came back up.

.....For those of you still unable to log in: Many of you are my friends, so I'm going to put it out there in hopes that you may try it. You do not have to, it is totally up to you. I use a free program, called CCleaner...

That is a great program and i use it often, but it will not solve the login issues most are experiencing. CCleaner did not fix it for me, it is a problem on the server end. While i was not able to play my account because of the "problem with this zone" error, my friend was able to log into his account and play using the same computer and browser I tried.

I am able to log into the game now, no 'problem with this zone' error.... BUT I am missing all of my Generals (9) and 2000 of my army. They are no where to be found. There is no Adventure running in my Quest tab, there are no General icons in my Star Menu, it shows "Total Military" as 3255 and yet i really have only 1200. When the emergency maintenance happened i was in the middle of an Adventure, and it seems that Adventure and everyone there, got swallowed by the Nexus. Please help, BB, i sent a bug report to support also.

My generals have returned, still missing troops, but happy nonetheless.

still cant sign in- waiting- Hope we are gonna get some hot goods for waiting so long, like full inventory of granite, triple hardwood log, maybe a nice pallet of titanium or gold? How about some extra building licenses and a few thousand gems. All it is is code. just saying is all.
