still get the "connection failed" screen

I'm guessing the user (us) is no longer getting updates on what is going on? I figure someone can stop in and say something here from time to time (too much to ask for once a day I suppose) and let us know what is going on....this is of course not an isolated situation. It's not like we are asking for a miracle to ask for an update is it? Two minutes of your time for customer support (information) is not asking for the world.

- Username
- Last date you were able to log in
- The steps you've tried already (clearing cache, which browsers, etc.)

I have chrome and i cleared my brower and still not luck logging in.

Finally got back in using IE since I had been using FF and Chrome... until this morning, when IE started getting connection errors as well. Is this you, BB/Ubi?
