and thats just some of the things i noticed right off hand. Some of these things takes my island a month or more to make and i never trade them, so a week of roll back shouldnt have affected them, but they still gone....and things i had over a month like the adventures. I always keep settlers in my star menu just incase a guild member needs help with a adventure. I havent been below 1700 in about 3 months but its completely empty
Their db is corrupted- I have no doubt of that now. I am so glad that I have never bought anything from UBI. I was thinking about making my first purchase of gems last week.
If you were lucky and paid for your gems with a CC, you do have recourse. You can simply dispute all the charges that you used to buy gems from UBI. Most CC will instantly refund your money and go after UBI for theirs. Also, they instanly get slapped with a fine from the CC company just for you filing the dispute.
I lost 5,800 gc, 4,800 gems, 60,000 gold ore deposit, 1 whole day of upgrading everything from level 1 to 3 and had a perfect balance with everything in green arrows!
Not to mention... I lost $24.99!!!
50k exp, 14 noble house deeds,1 silo, 25k iron ore, lost adventures, daily treasure finds for the whole rollback time and then the gold/weapons/resources that are 'conveniently set back to the lowest point I've been in over a month. Guild members that signed in to find they were not yet even part of the guild...but they thought they had been booted to start with, that's just nasty mean UBI. Buildings that were upgraded/moved forever ago are now back where they were and 2 levels down. Other guild members are leaving the game and I guarantee we will feel that a lot more than you heartless jerks will but we won't let you forget it. Still no answers and some people are still saying they can't even sign in. This happens way too often. I know that my credit card has forgotten your contact information though.
Your only obvious answer seemed to be to shut down/lock/remove the majority of the posts from players through out this. To disallow opinions, options, questions even to be posted. BB's not answering questions and banning players for the most unbelievable reasons...what a shame it is how you have turned this game so ugly.
...and I have to ask who's giving me a kiss there UBI?....because I have never been screwed this much without at least having been given a kiss before!!

Im missing close to 300 pop cap, over 6k gold ore( not to mention my mines missing gold ore), 4k gold bars, 2k granite, 8k copper ore, invites to players not sent out, so, lost guildys, not to mention the guildys that are/have quit on seeing the losses upon their return...one guildy lost 16 watermills alone! I am even leery of my gem count, and, due to how haphazardly ubisoft and bluebyte run this show, obviously, their records are unreliable at best. I also see, that, after all of us lost these goods, there is STILL players locked out...what a waste and a joke!
I was making my push for cannons, so I had my barracks going 24/7 -- I was rolled back about 10-12 adventures (mostly Traitors and Horseback, with a few Pirates) -- along with all the trading for the resources for those troops.
From the 12 adventures:
approx. 80-100k XP
At least 3-4k granite
(rolled me back from lv47 to lv46 -- and rolled back my resulting powderhut)
Losing the daily login bonus and the gems from that is annoying (only way free players collect gems).
Drill plans would give me the barracks time back -- 3-4 Nords would get me the XP back quickly. Red Flying Settlers or Zombies would get me the swords / brew / bread back (they could compensate directly with 10x 200 settlers and 10x 2000 bronze swords).

tons of lower end resources and xp, oh and im back on day 1 for my gems
They still only back up our towns once a week, it could happen again tomorrow.
Btw i also lost my general which isnt really lost i just cant use it, because it has to catch up to the actual point it was at before i can use it. This is the exact same bug from the last time this server crashed. I also know others with missing generals and geologists that we assume will reappear some time later.
My losses weren't nearly as bad as some, but I have only been playing 2 weeks. Still, I suffered the following losses:
level 31 to 25
lost my guild and its members
lost many gems, plus upgrades.
lost 4 camps and 1 bandit tower victories, not to mention the military accumulated build losses.
lost all my upgrades to level 2 and beyond
lost all my builds
lost 2 adventures and their accumulated wealth and experience.
lost all my guild buffs and visa versa
lost all my confidence in online gaming as this was my first online gaming experience.
lost an adventure my explorer found I hadn't even played yet.
If these losses and frustrations are not adequately compensated for, not to mention my loss of playing hours and enjoyment of the game I may have to give up playing this game permanently.
A very very disappointed gamer.
