    GEMS gone from roll back!

    I brought 4,800 gems on 10/03/2012.

    How do I recover the gems that I lost? Who do I need to contact to get the gems back that was loss during the server crashed and roll back?
    I've been asking in Global-1 and got nothing but troll responds and I have been emailing with Support Team. The support team's respond was.

    Thank you for sending in your question. The server was likely rolled back to a previous date before the data base became corrupted any progress made between the date the game was rolled back to and the date before the server was taken down would have been lost.     w00ku, check your cc or how ever you paid for the gems and verify that money is refunded........if it isn't then ubi must give you the gems that were purchased

    I have given all the information they need to know in ticket including the confirmation number from my PayPal. They just made some excuses and I have filed dispute with PayPal against them so they can see the that I purchased gems.

    That is probably the quickest way for a resolution WOOku, right now UBI have their hands full with the mess that Zeus server is in & it would take time for them to even get to your support ticket.

    They did get my support ticket and I don't think they understood what I was asking or saying. I have gave them every information they need to look at this but they were WAY off the subject talking about another server...

    Just be aware that they are inundated with many tickets at the moment.

    I gave them the whole information that PayPal gave me when I made the purchases and they told me PlaySpan is not their company! Seriously?

    They still have not resolved this issue! They kept saying they refunded it and never said a word again. I have filed dispute with PayPal. They still have not done anything.

    I have asked for the confirmation number for the refund so I can track it down with my bank and paypal. They refused to give me anything.
