    Good Morning,

    I eagerly await information on the rollback compensation. Over the course of a few days, I traded and eventually got my watermills up to level 4. I lost XP from adventures, but that is not my concern.

    My island is balanced out and yeah I lost the resources I would have otherwise made, my concern is the coin and time I lost. A fair and just compensation would be sending me the 5700 gems to instantly upgrade my mills back to level 4 where they were. Feel free to research my island in it's previous state before roll back and compare with today.

    I'm not going to scream and say I'll quit the game, not buy any more gems, etc, but I don't want a couple of exotic fruit baskets and some decorations thinking that is a just compensation. Your game is slow by design, items that are your fault that have cost people time, need more than just quad buffs to make it up to them.

    Once again for me its not wether or not we get compensation its the lack of communication that makes me unhappy if you need more time then say Hey it will be such and such date and we will announce what we are going to do. The carrot and stick approach will only work if there is a carrot at the end of the stick,

    I bought 8x watermills from a gem seller that is no longer selling due to the server mess.
    I sold swords and 90k of coal 4 days straight. Also i haven't received the 1700 gems that i bought a $25.00 pack from on Last Thursday.
    Besides myself I really think everyone should be getting something HUGE. not a few hundred Gems. I'm thinking a few thousand.
    if they say sorry with a few Pumpkins that will suck !

    This does not address the compensation we were promised info on today. one thing you as a company need to do is do what you say your going to do. Failure to do so results in upset customers. upset customers don't stay loyal for long.
