    Angry rollback refund

    For the rollback, I would like a 20k gem refund for all the troubles i've had. i lost over 500 troops i had been building up, lost a gold mine i had just got up to lvl5, and i lost a major trading partner who has not been on because the server was not working. Therefore, I would like 20k gems in order to make-up for these losses.

    If I do not get this refund, I shall leave this game #(

    well you won't be missed then. :P

    I've lost a lot more than that and I'm not expecting that kind of compensation.... Hell I'm not even expecting 1000 gems though it certainly would be great. So get real dude.

    They need to pony up no matter what it is they need to pony up soon or more peps will leave or just stop buying gems

    We haven't announced what it will be yet, but we are working on making sure that our players will have some help getting back up to speed.

    I can live with the rollback. But what really bugs me the most is the lack of communication. There was very little communication during the down time, and very little afterwards. Seriously, whats been going on? A brief explanation of what happened would be nice along with why you guys thought it was necessary to roll the game back. What are you guys doing to prevent whatever went wrong this time from happening in the future? And, what kind of compensation (if any) are you thinking about? Maybe it's none of our business, but it seems like it's a big secret - when it really shouldn't be. After all, some of us are paying to play the game. We do have a stake in the game. Many people lost a lot of resources and time with the rollback. A little insight as to what went wrong might go a long ways to settle the troops.

    LOL @ you cry babbies. QUIT if its that bad. Its called life, things dont alwasy go as planed. Get over it. Its a game for fun, im haveing fun, and ill keep playing. u know what next time i see gems on sale im gonna buy them too, support BB!! maybe if you would spend more $$ they could afford more IT. its not like none of you have ever loaded an auto save when somethign messed up. The only compensation that should be given out, is retunred gems that were purchesed or adventures that got corrupted. all of this other bs, you need to drop it and move on.

    Just how much would I have to spend in real dollars to be able to complain?

    Would spending over US $1,000 a month be enough?

    Should I spend that amount to have a game that I can't play with an intact database and Friends that cannot Login?

    Should I spend that amount or more to receive complaints back from Technical Support about sending in exactly two support contact forms in two days about the numerous failure issues experienced; have Forum posts deleted, locked, or otherwise censored; and receive threats of "Further Action" for my troubles?

    Or should I expect to get adequate information and service when I actually do pay more than what the real value of delivered information and services are worth including a little respect from the people whom I financially support with my monthly purchases of gems?

    I ask these questions because that is exactly the situation I find myself in and why I have suspended my play and purchases for the time being while I consider my options...

    So in your opinion just when is someone entitled to complain and ask for a refund?

    And when will Ubisoft and associates be respectful and responsible to their customers, paying or otherwise, and make good on their advertised game play promises?

    I have spent close to the amount of money and I deserve to be treated like a customer not like a drone If you like being treated like a drone may I suggest a move to china.
