    Seems like they are going to wait 30 days before announcing anything so you cannot contest your credit card transactions for gems. Plain and simple.

    If anyone has not received gems they should have gotten during the rollback, they should contact our support team now. We will take care of it.

    Yeah players that spent real money on the game should get a larger compensation then players that have 0 money invested......

    I have contacted support 4 times for the missing gems that I purchased on 10/03/2012, even gave them the WHOLE receipt from PayPal to them in PDF, HTML, and WORD! Not even one support has helped me.

    i might be mistaking concepts tho, rollover is a good thing, its when government issues new bonds to pay for old ones

    BB_Meesherbeans.. do you have an update for us. I had heard we would have some idea of a compensation package by Monday.. it is now Wednesday and we still have heard nothing....please tell me me you have an update...

    The initial comment of hearing about a package like that on Monday was not accurate, and I do apologize for it. That said, we are very close to something. I can't give you a timeline or estimate, because I definitely don't want people to get their hopes up on a guess, but it will be soon™.
