I've been down for over two weeks now, and I've cleared everything, many times.

I guess i should add this too...
Google Chrome does not let you delete all cache. It always saves the cache from the past hour, or further back. Would this be the reason why?

EDIT:
Just set the time of deletion to all time. I thought it said that would be what is saved, (The past hour n' all) but it's what will be deleted. So change it to "Start of time".

I've gotten it to work!

Google Chrome (How To):
1. Go to the "Tools" scroll down menu
2. Click, "Clear browsing data"
3. Check off, "Cache" + "Cookies"
4. Set "Obliterate the following items from:" to "The beginning of time"

It worked for me!
I thought I had to keep the Obliterate to "Past hour" as I read it as "Obligate". xD

Very glad. Just wish I'd taken the time to read that one word when deleting my Cache/Cookies. =P
