    Suggestions for new Trade

    Hello

    i like new trade...


    here are some suggestions...


    I can't sell motherly love, old friends, white castles, retired settlers.

    I would like to be able to sell these...


    comment if you have other suggestions..

    Well, I'd love to see ability to CHANGE existing trades. Slot has been already paid for - if it doesn't sell, i'd rather change the price than have to delete the trade and repost it again for a new fee

    I would like the option to buy *some* of what is being offered at the same rate i.e. if somebody offers 5000 exotic planks for 5000 granite => but I don't have 5000 granite! But it would be nice to "accept" 500 planks for 500 granite.

    Obviously this would complicate the trade system enormously because the seller now has only 4500 E. Planks to sell. But I think this might be more practical in the long run. Some of the offers in trade, I certainly don't have the resources to accept....

    Also, on the trade screen can we get a ratio - just so I don't have to do the maths? :-) i.e. selling 100 E. planks for 125 E. wood ratio = 4:5

    let us stack things like fish deposits and meat so we don't have to buy stacks of 25.

    would be nice to be able to buy a meat deposit for say 40k

    I'd like an extra column that shows the price ratio. With all the different amounts listed, it's hard to work out the actual price to compare. And yes I can work it out myself, but I really don't want to do it for 5-10 trades to see which is best, only to get the one I pick rejected anyway (as so often the best deals are).

    search needs some refinement i.e. I wanted to buy exotic wood, but when I type "exotic wood" (no quotes :-)) into the search criteria, I got all the trade offers that included exotic planks.

    I really expected "exotic" => to show both wood and plank offers, but then "exotic wood" to filter out that plank offers.

    this one is more in the realm of man that would be cool but i don't see it happening because of the coding issues.... anyway



    what if you could filter something like a news feed... you could make it so that whenever an item you place in the filter is put in trade you are notified...


    say you filter it for a nords... every time someone puts a nords in you are made aware of the price in a news feed...

    would be awesome but like i said it is the sprinkels on the ice cream.... they won't code for sprinkels when they are still working on the flavoring of the icecream...

    In this case your search parameter is the issue.

    The items you are referring to are called Exotic Wood Logs and Exotic Wood Planks so searching for exotic wood is going to find both.

    Thanks :-)

    Then the real issue is what is displayed when you hover your cursor - because then it is only displays exotic wood (when hovering on logs) or exotic wood planks (when hovering on planks) - since I was looking for logs I didn't notice the hover over planks gave more.

    Addendum: I just tried "exotic wood logs" and got nothing - so the suggestion is probably correct but the implementation is still wrong :-)
