OK no responses to my ticket requests for gems owed after rollback
I'm writing this somewhat in haste, after the rollback and the server was back online it seems to me what i can tell that the rollback went back about 2 weeks appx.
IN my ticket claim to ubi i provided receipts of payment for gems on the 28th and 29th and oct 3 there was one earlier around the 22 or so however i received that one back when server came back on line. The sad thing here is im not talking about the 8k coal i lost ect.. ect.. im talking about the gems i payed for and didnt get to use or should i say was taken from me in a failed rollback attempt that by the sounds of things didnt solve anything.
I submitted my ticket with proof of purchases on the 8th and then again reaquired yesterday why are they playing this out thy way they are they claim they have a second server that handles purchases thats fine u know what date you rolled back to any purchases made after that give the people there gems back honestly i think its getting pretty sad. im not sure about the rest of you but i have my purchase receipts and sent them on the 8th requesting my gems be replaced only to have bb-mods tell me oh its gonna be a while weve received thousands really.
you've received thousands of request that gave you exact purchases details dates times ect, no it sounds like to me were all getting excuse after excuse which is sad because the transaction time to buying gems to receiving them IE money in bb ubi bank is 4 seconds i made a purchase the other day just to check.
However we as players as in my case lost 60 bucks worth of gems cant get my gems back within a weeks time what does that say about the game towards the players and what does that say about how much they really have records of these things??????

Its probably a 20 something (if that) staff who now have to wade through tickets from 10,000 people .. given 10% were affected by login , ~50% lost items, troops and generals in the rollback related to advents they werre on , everyone lost res and items related to progress in time during the rollback.. you can imagine they may have THOUSANDS of tickets. If they solved one ticket every 30 mins 24 hours a day it would take weeks.. and they wont solve one every 30 mins. They arent super heroes (though Im sure a few may feel that way once this is over lol) .

Im sure gem purchase issues are going to take a front seat. Hope you get yours faster than a month from now really , but you cant expect a couple dozen people to wade through thousands of tickets in the blink of an eye. Its just physically impossible.
I do have an idea though: BB could invite those who lost gems to file tickets under a new heading (gem losses in server crash) that could be flagged and dealt with by a supplemental staff with Ubis help perhaps. Thats if they have the potential revenue in this game to warrant such an investment. That or perhaps the current team could benefit from a reset of the ticket system.. that would be somewhat unsavory for many though to have to remake tickets but it would weed out some of the unreasonable requests and liars as some of those wouldnt bother to remake...
They do have to also check that you really did lose what you said. This isnt something that can be instantly solved in every case by a bot. A human has to read your tickets.
