Traded an item using new trade system: 24 hours later: no items received

Posted trade (goldpieces for a watermill) last night....this morning trade is gone, yet no money is returned (in case it expired) nor do i have watermill in my inventory. around noon trade started showing in my trade log (sold at 23:23) but that was it, now almost a day later still no wartemil, no gold... and this is the only one i noticed since it was a fairly big trade, who knows how many other trades went awol without me noticing?

can someone at BB take look at it and fix it?

so... i lost 2000gp...i understand it's not a gem purchase, so i don't get the immediate attention of support staff, but, can someone confirm that my support ticket will be eventually addressed?

I can confirm that our support staff does answer all tickets. I'm sorry we haven't gotten to yours yet, but it will be looked at and answered.
