I also enjoy the Halloween event background music. I am looking to purchase if its available. I think it's awesome. For those trying decipher the background vocals; I seem to remember the developers of Bioshock Infinate doing the same thing. The noise was audible however it un-intelligible. Someone ripped the tracks and then speed them up to expose the lyrics. That might be the secret!!! Again great work. Looking forward to hearing more of the creepy toons!!
