Login issues again

I can't get logged in.....it starts to open, gets as far as the halloween picture and stops.
I used IE9 and my computer is connected via Broadband to the net. All my other pages load.
Please advise.

did that but nothing. a week i am getting ''server zone crashed an error was detected on this zone. Please try again'' I have been trying for a week now.secon time this month. they did the roll back. I was able to play for a week and then, I was playing and i got kick out of the game. could not play since then.

The same truble. But when I use firefox or chrome can login

Almost a month not able to login to the game... trying on a daily bases, all know things done like cash and cookie clearing, diff browsers, updating software

At first nice support was given by the supportteam on my tickets as we tried to fix the issue, at some point the options where all exhausted and support said it would be up to the development team to fix this. Till this day (2 weeks or so) I have not received any comment or way forward from the dev team to resolve the problems I have. Also I proposed several options that could let me play again, for instance a copy of the test server account used in last event (that one worked). Or perhaps even a new account with reimbursh for lost gem stuff, just to get playing again. Imagine what progress could have been made in one month...

I do hope ill be able to play soon as I like the game very much and invested time and money in my account
