Major Game Bugs Started 10/21
Suddenly this weekend i have had multiple issues with the game:
1. First i couldn't log in for about 20 minutes; would try and nothing would happen. On about 4th attempt finally worked.
2. Then later the game froze up and did the "double" thing (i.e one screen on top of another). I shut down game and computer and did multiple scans (nothing positive) and then logged back in. Then i began an adventure.
3. Then after beginning that, i suddenly could not see anyone's buildings (mostly) in sector one on anyone's islands when i visited their islands to buff them. Especially mayors houses.
4. Also, many of the avatars of members on my friends and guild lists would not show up, even after quite a long time. I logged out of the game repeatedly and logged in repeatedly. I finally gave up trying to buff other players and went back to my adventure, which thankfully was the one thing that worked fine. Once i returned back to my own island from the adventure a few times the avatars of other players were finally available on my lists AND i was FINALLY also able to see the buildings on the other players' islands.
5. After a few hours i finished the (Pirates) adventure and got the rewards in an email and added them to my STAR MENU. However, i cannot add them to the MAYOR'S HOUSE! Now when i try to add ANYTHING to the mayors house from my star menu it is invisible (i.e doesnt show that little 'crown' thing when you click on it; only shows up in star menu and will not add to mayors house when you click on it). The mayors house lights up as it should when you want to add something but nothing shows up in my 'hand' to add to it and it does not transfer.
6. GUILD QUESTS are backing up in my quest menu. Guild quests which my guild leader claims he deleted long ago! He also informed me that other guild members have had the same problem and had to 'quit' the guild for a day and then rejoin in order to get rid of them. Another player informed me personally he also has guild quests that won't delete.
7. Oh i also cannot SEE my exhausted mines, i only know they are exhausted cuz it says so by them.
8. Cannot add nor see fish deposits either. Game is becoming unplayable.
Glitches galore. I put in a ticket to Customer Support but i know i will get the standard robotic answer about cookies, deleting Java cache, and whatnot. Been there done that. : (

I cannot get to my island now at first is was a glitched sftr which held me
up for 4 days now its my home island this is a serious issue i was getting
ready to spend $400 on gems today went and got the prepaid credit card and
added funds and now i am not going to buy gems till this is fixed also
despite your pleas not to send in multiple tickets and spam your inbox i feel
this is the only course of action i have left, after only receiving 195 gems
as compensation for locking my game down for 4 days with a stupid glitched
adventure, now i have to suffer an zone error on my home island. All i can
say is unacceptable!

Likewise with me. I started an adventure. Seems alright at first. Then I send all generals and 1000 troops. when I try to invite, i get booted out. when i try to visit the island, i get booted out also. Finally, I try to cancel the adventure. Same result. I get booted out. Now, all gens n troops stuck on adventure islands. Send a couple of tickets and support just playing dumb. I just bought myself $100 worth of gems. I hope the error doesnt happens on my home island like you. I am pretty sure if that happens support wil just play dumb again on gem refund

Followup: Today i was able to get on game and the problems are still there. Then i went out of game and now am able to log back in but cannot get back on game at all. Customer Support replied just as i expected them to, with the standard robotic reply about deleting cookies, having Java updated, blah, blah, blah. Been there done that, i am up to date on everything and my cookies are on auto-delete whenever browser is closed. Customer Support does not have any technical knowledge or training; this is a problem for serious techies. So glad i did not spend a dime on the current gem sale. Someone needs to be honest with all of us and tell us if this can be FIXED or not. I know that they are funneling all NEW players to the new server, Ares but not older, established players because we would lose everything we have purchased and built up, etc. So is this server a sunken ship? I am guessing a corrupted file exists? Do they plan to find a way to transfer us established players to the new server, if poss? I would just appreciate some real communication.

Problem could be to do with uplay. I can't log into Ares server, been difficult to log into Zeus.

Well that doesn't sound good. Neither server is working properly? I have been been UNable to access the game all day since the first time; i can log in so that my Lady_Starfire avatar picture shows on the homepage but that is it, cannot get on the game whatsoever. : (

Another update....I let my adventure run out of time. Now, I get error message when I login. **** stupid. All my gold mine going to be exhausted tomorrow and I can't do anything.
Another support ticket gets no reply. I guess even if support replies, I would be able to see it coz my island crashed. 18,000gems are still in the game.

I have tried various things. For instance, i can log in but when i click PLAY, all i get is a white, blank page. I can walk away for a half hour and come back and it is still blank. This happens in every single browser i have tried: IE9, Google Chrome, Opera, and Mozilla Firefox 10 and 16.0. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the browsers to see if that would help but no it didn't. I am also playing another online game called Forge of Empires and i can log in and play that one just fine, so i think it must be this game. I ran virus scans, malware scans, spyware scans, and registry cleaner in case it was any of that and nothing came up. I tried a system restore just in case there was anything missing and nothing changed after that. Given all this and the fact that other players are having issues too, it seems like it is the game server. Ironically i never had these problems before the rollback.

Definitely the game. Now after the maintanance, i can log in and play. UBI send a gift of 195gems. Butttttt......i Lost all may generals + 2000troops....i lost the veteran generals too. Not sure what else i want to do since UBI just not answering anything

Not me. After the maintenance i still can't get on. Can log in as usual but when i click PLAY NOW all i get is a white, blank page like always. But Customer Support at least replied back. They gave me the following message:

At least i know they are looking into it and at least i am no longer getting the same ole replies about clearing cookies, etc. All i can say is that if anyone buys any gems forthis game they had better make sure they keep their receipts, print them out.
