    Developer never bother to reply. 5-6tickets went poooh. sadly, I never keep receipt for gems purchases. In fact, this is the only game that has interest me enuff that I make purchases. Played this game like forever then this happen....OMG

    Wilson, just to make sure, did you check your spam folder? Could be a reply went in there? Cuz as sick of me as Customer Support must surely be by now they still were decent enough to reply.
