5th mail sent today .... I'm now resorting to the forum hopefully to get some help.
My testing acct is flagged, I cannot login since 10/15/12.

I've mailed support 5 x's, its been over a week... and still cannot login. Now I can't even access an offer.
UBISOFT and BB, http://www.thesettlersonline.net/en/help-and-support that is the form i'm using.
I have been a loyal member on bother servers n play for hours a day...
I really would like to access this offer - as well as resume my testing game.

Although, my main on Ares server is accessable.
Please help, becuz i'm very, very unhappy with support...

BB_meesjerbeans, in all due respect to you... how can i post anything over there if i'm not able to login ???
i have deleted everything, i have even reinstalled java flash etc..
my evony game runs great, lou runs great...

most important... this site and my Main TSO game... on Ares server runs perfect ! lol

today is the bonus day, n i'm gonna be the only one not getting to participate.. perhaps i shouldnt play anymore? i dont no.. this is frustrating beyond means.
i still have no response whatso ever from UBI or BB.... for any of my tickets#'s

tried your link... just now TY by the way, i did get a bit further, a login window, tried it, then it took me right back to the login screen with the big blue button. i did notice this time at the top right... it says... "Registration is not yet complete" complete <---- is a link to the complete thing i guess. when i click it.... nothing happens.
when i click the blue login button nothing happens... server stalls... hope this info helps.. i really appreciate u trying to help me.
