5th mail sent today .... I'm now resorting to the forum hopefully to get some help.
My testing acct is flagged, I cannot login since 10/15/12.
I've mailed support 5 x's, its been over a week... and still cannot login. Now I can't even access an offer.
UBISOFT and BB, http://www.thesettlersonline.net/en/help-and-support that is the form i'm using.
I have been a loyal member on bother servers n play for hours a day...
I really would like to access this offer - as well as resume my testing game.
