    Multiple Account

    If I wanted to say make a new account on the English server, I am currently in the north american server. Would that be against the rules?

    Just so were clear i would have an account on a totally different regions server, not the same one I am on.

    Players are allowed to have one account per server. Since the "English" (UK) instance is a different server, you are more than allowed to create one account there as well.
