As a non-US resident can we still get the log in bonus of 50 gems and the two hour playing bonus gems and pirate hut?

I understand we cannot with the gift card etc...

i had won gems on a contest, so i have the same question as evil_j, not asking for ipad or amazon, but gems dont need much to send

The Gems are included in the same bracket as Ipad and everything else, so if you could actually read English you would know that.... You7 may however get the lo gin bonus gems. The rewards picture clearly classifies the 1000 gems as a prize that is in the same bracket as Ipad.

ok... i'll try to put it in easy words

i dont say nothing, enter the test server and win the 1k gems, since for that i dont need to give my US adress (i belive) i would get on my acount the msg saying 1k gems had been deposit

i just want a confirmation of this teory and not a copy/paste from the rules -.-

or in other idea, is this test server blocked for all other countrys and we cant not play in it?
