I was able to access the survey from the test sever by clicking through to the forums with the link in options(cog wheel) which is just under my avatar.Originally Posted by GFM2012

I have played twice now for more than 2 hours each, checked my history for survey monkey ( or any thing else), tried signing out an in (repeatedly), have turned off browser popup, and played once on Chrome and once on Firefox.......
What else can I try to get my survey ?????????
I'm having the same issue. This morning the survey popped up but I received a "general error" after clicking it. It hasn't popped up again since. Kind of disappointing since I've spent several hours playing on the test server in anticipation of gems and the pirate hut.

same problem here. It popped up right at begining so i closed it. i'm playing now for more than 3 hours and no survay... i'm begining to think that i lost my time and i'm begining to feel really pissed off with this game. BTW did not receive the 50 gems for the login on the test server.

I got the survey when I first logged in. I closed it out never to be seen again.
I get the gold box on the right side of the main login page where I'm told that link should appear but its empty and unclickable.
(Note: One of my guild mates also saw an empty box but was able to click it anyway and access survey.)
I tried logging off from button under Avatar.
I tried logging off completely then back on again from the main login page.
I tried accessing forum from under Avatar and I get a page stating I'm not logged in.
There is no forum button on main page.
I have far exceeded the 2 hour requirement and I actually played, even completing a DP.
I have turned off all blockers, both ad and popup.
I give up for tonight....
I have spent a lot more that 2+ hours in the game and am not getting any survey popups.. I see people posting on being able to get the survey link via the forum, but the only survey link I found is for Ares players and not for Zeus...
