The Survey?

Managed to take the survey, don't know how I think it just pops up randomly. I still haven't gotten any gems or the building yet. I see Irish-Gangsta says we get them on the 29th can anybody confirm this?

I was able to access the survey from the test sever by clicking through to the forums with the link in options(cog wheel) which is just under my avatar.

Same story for me too. Saw the survey when I first arrived, and like an idiot, I clicked on it before I realized that gosh, maybe I should *play* the game first! Played for 2hrs yesterday and have not been able to get back to the survey again. I've tried advice to access forum link under avatar, but the page says I must be logged in (even though the top of the page says I already AM logged in!). Box to right of testing homepage is empty for me as well.

had the survey pop up got to the second question pushed next then got general error message have not seen a new survey yet? does this count because im trying to fill it out.

Sad thing is, if this isn't resolved today (which is unlikely) I'm going to be out of luck. Hurricane is going to hit here tomorrow and if I'm lucky I might get power back in a week or 2 :>((

Looks like we are all out 200 gems and the pirate hut. It has been over 24 hours since the survey appeared and failed. Hasn't been back since. Shame since I spent 8+ hours on the test server and have some good feedback to give. :'(

Event is not over. I don't expect anyone to be out anything as we have more support from Ubi on this game than most any other game I've experienced

I'm pretty sure the 200 gems and pirate hut aren't connected to the survey. It only says play 2 hours for them. The survey is for feedback and to get an entry into the sweepstakes. Sometimes they wait until the end to give out the rewards for the testing period.

I also only got the pop up once yesterday before playing and have not had it come back since.

I also only had the pop up show up once initially at the beginning of testing two days ago and have not seeing it since. I've tried various browsers, with no avail. I have never seen anything under the cog wheel showing to fill out a survey, despite testing for 12+ hours. I've submitted a support ticket regarding the matter.
