it has have a production value of 360/12hr of fish and 60/12hrs of sausage I get those all filled and checked off I try to get the other part taken care off but all it says is 0 every 12 hours and so when I shut down the shops that one gets checked but the others become unchecked help me please

if you are capped, the balancing quests tend to not work right. if that is the case, sell or use some of that resource.
otherwise, buff the lower resources and sleep any of the higher ones that you can and still produce at least the minimum. buffing what's left may help too.
keep in mind, when it says produce 0, it means at least 0 (not negative).
