Personally, I play this game due to a catastrophic convergence of events. Somehow, it got put as my homepage in my web browser, and I'm powerless to do anything but hit "Play Now" when that tab loads in. I've tried Settlers Anonymous, I've tried rehab, but nothing works, I need to jab the settlers needle into my vein!Originally Posted by BitofAle

ive started a few days ago and have not realy gotten into it. is it because im only in tutorial island?
The game starts extremely slow. As time goes on, you'll reach certain "barriers" that once crossed your resources and such exponentially increase. However, it does take time. But, that being said, it's a game you don't HAVE to sit and play the whole time, you can do your thing, logout, come back tomorrow. In the meantime, play another game. The people keep me coming back, that, and the settlersvirus my pc has that automatically logs me in.

i play because i dont have a life jks. well kinda. i also play cuz my dad plays, and one of my best friends play. i play to keep in touch with all the friends i made on global, in my past guild, and in the guild i am in currently!
