i turn buildings on and in my production tab stuff starts going red and i shut the building off and it rights it self..... is there away to place buildings or any other ways to fix this?

Follow that, you should be fine. that is a chart for all unbuffed buildings.
just build accordingly to the economy overview, if its in the green your good, if not then think about a good buff schedule or build more of needed structure to attain balance.... balance is key for any production chain
Don't assume the economy overview is accurate. For the item(s) in question, note the time & quantity on hand. Come back in at least an hour, and preferably longer, (I generally try to use 4 hour increments). Note quantities again & do the math. That's a more accurate process than the economy overview - there are several threads in here regarding its potential inaccuracies.
as far as ive noticed the economy overview adjusts to real time changes as you make em, the glitch is in when you build a new building or move it... thats not whats showing up right away, just the other day i tested it, moved a building far away from storehouse, the overveiw changed not the building timer, moved it back and refreshed and all was copesetic
replanting trees and fields in particular varies between red and green by a minute to minute basis. if i am slightly red i am not to concerned, it is close enough that a buy or buff or 2 in the long run will right things.
