I played for 2 hours on test server and all I got was 50 gems no pirate hut even

I watched the clock, I def played over 2 hours, and I wasn't just logged in I was playing

and all I got was an email saying here is 50 gems and a pirate hut (but there was no pirate hut only 50 gems.

Did I mention this is Lame x infinity?

I always help on the test server even when there is no reward, why do I not get my reward for this?

Appearntly there was a error on gifting them pirate huts out and stuff.

It is really disturbing that something so simple as sending players a survey can be so royally screwed up.
Several folks in my guild also did not get the survey, or got it when they first logged in and then never again. They also didn't get the gems or the hut (such as it is, really is just a fisher with slighly different graphics).
This also means they didnt' get enrolled in the give-away.
Also, though the email said a hut, they actually sent out 2 emails, one with 200 gems and a hut, the other with just 50 gems. They were apparently too lazy to make 2 emails.

Yea same boat here. I played for well over 2 hours and all i got was 50 gems. I was wondering what was up with the survey that i never got. Why do they keep screwing everything up? Who is working for them? I kinda feel like it is deliberate...
