Recieved 50 gems but no hut
I am creating this thread as directed by the support staff in hopes that Meesherbeans or Katalyst will be able to help.
I played the required 2+ hours and completed the survey. I did recieve the 50 gems for logging in, but not the additional 200 gems or pirate hut.
Email response from support staff:"Hello SleepingRabbit,
Thank you for sending in your question.
Support is unable to help with Test Server and Test Server Event issues.
You will need to post in the official forums. The forum PXM's Meesherbeans and Katalyst will be able to help you there.

Hi folks,
same here. I received the 50 gems but no hut :-(
Also, I have played well more than 2 hours on the testserver (well, not continuously, because of several relogs) and completed the survey, so I'd think I should be receiving the 200 gems for that as well.

I as well, played 30+ hours (many of those times way more than 2 hours each), enough to complete a Nords & WotS and finished the survey to get the 50 gems e-mail claiming it was all the gems and pirate hut. I opened a support ticket but have been ignored about it so far.
Surely they deliver on what was promised, right?

Same here just got the 50 gems played for a few days no 200 gems and no HUT

I know you have spending alot of time answering the same question over and over again, but it means alot to us often left in the dark... so thanks again for your help.
