I was only able to grab a print screen at the ladder moments... my barracks just went crazy and my 12 hours+ of troops that was in the queue were gone instantaneously! Pls let this happen again!

Been there done that. It will be reversed. Happened to me 3 times and within minutes they were gone.
If something can go wrong, it will.

My Barracks is not working at all.
