We would like to make a small announcement in regard to Ultimate Game Cards and Ultimate Points. In the past, the only way to purchase gems with an Ultimate Game Card was to do so with a PIN. As we've recently discovered, this unfortunately made it so that any remaining dollars converted over to Ultimate Points were unusable to purchase gems with our game.

As soon as we realized it, this was changed. Now when you purchase an Ultimate Game Card and convert it to Ultimate Points, you will be given the option in our gem store to use all your account's remaining points! This will help ensure that everything is much more streamlined and that you will have better control over exactly how your money is spent.
