Trade items not received

Ive made a support ticket for this bug well over a week ago on other trades but I still havent heard a response. When I buy something on trade it takes my gold but tells me to check my mail for my items. I never receive any mail and my items never show up. Here is a pic of the latest items i have not received even tho they are paid for.

Hello there, DragonFIy! I had our CS guys look into this and wanted to let you know that you got a response to your ticket the same day it was sent in (11/15). Please check your spam folder/filter, as it's possible the message was caught by this. If you still can't find it, please send me a PM on the forums. I'll be glad to copy/paste the response for you.
