Sub quest "More Sectors" in Main quest "Freeing your Island"
To unlock the sub quest "More Sectors" in the Main quest "Freeing your Island" it instructs us to explore 3 new sectors. I am lvl 27 and have already uncovered the entire island. How am I able to unlock and complete this sub quest? Any time I send out my explorer he just tells me there are no sectors available to be uncovered. I would like to be able to complete this Main quest because it gives an adventure "stealing from the rich" as the quest reward. What can I do to unlock this sub quest?

I'm basically in that situation too. I have one sector on the home island left to explore, level 26.

I've got that problem as well. Can't unlock the quest even though I'm at the top end of the Player Level range (30) and have every sector explored already. How can I unlock this quest? Can't complete the entire quest chain if there's a quest you can never complete.
I had a thought earlier that the problem may be that I don't have 3 explored sectors as the quest requires. I have more than 3 explored. If it's requiring exactly 3 explored sectors, no more, then that's a design flaw that needs corrected.

Also stuck on that one as all sectors explored already. Having trouble with other unobtainable quests as well. Sausage Pyaramide is locked as it shows must be lvl 24 and I am now lvl 26. Would be nice if a Dev. would address the new quest issues.

Settler
I had those issues, but they seemed to be addressed, for me at least, when the December update occured. If you guys are still having issues you may want to contact a BB in game or submit a ticket with the issue to the developers (so that it can be fixed).

I have 8 quests stuck like this.

I submitted a ticket last week; here was the reply:
"This is currently an ongoing issue regarding some quests not being able to be completed even though the requirements have been met. The Development team is aware of the issue and is working on a resolution to solve the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you and thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this issue."
