Guild Chat tab not appearing

Since the 11/21/12 update my guild chat tab is bugging.

About 5 out of every 6 times I log in my guild chat tab is missing.

[Kvasir]

-Click on the Guilds button along the bottom of the screen (the shield next to the star in the middle)
-Click on the Members column
-Find your name in the list of Members and click on it
-On the bottom right there is a heading called "Note". Click the blue pencil. This will allow you to edit your personal note.
-Enter a personal note and then click the green check mark. (You can simply enter ... if you like)
-This process will "update" your Guild status and give you guild chat back.
