Noble Residences question??

Noble residence deeds vs. buying the residence from building menu? Think I now realize the difference, correct me if I'm wrong. If I buy the deed vs. the menu option it does not cost a building liscense? But it does if I get it thru the building menu. Also if I already placed one with a deed and want to destroy the residences that I created through the building menu is their any way I can tell the difference so I do not destroy the wrong one? Would like to get building liscences back if possible. Any help from you vets thank you in advance!!!

A noble residence built with a deed will have a yellow star in the background when you click on it. A building license noble residence will not.

Also, I believe when using the remove building tool you'll see what it offers back in return when you hover over buildings. If it says it goes back in to your star menu, then that's a noble residence deed and if it offers hwp/marble and a BL then it's a normal noble residence.

Destroy the ones from your building menu as you're able to replace them with nobles you buy, (so long as you maintain a population that's appropriate for you).

One more question? Is there a limit to how many building liscences you can buy from gem shop? If not then I think it would be better to save gems for the liscences as 650 gems equals 10 more liscences for noble residences where as it would take 950 gems to buy 10 noble deeds?

yes there is a limit when you buy them it will have X followed by the number advailable to purchase
