Quest Issues

Hey guys I love the new questing stuff but I've encountered a few problems:

1) "Map Fragments as currency" has a quest listed "The Dark Priests" that you need to buy from the shop. I just looked, it's not available in the shop.

2) Just as a matter of clarification it would be nice if any quest that asks you to buff a building would specify if that means your own buildings or your friends. I had that quest where you buff 5 gold mines, so I went to a friends island and buffed his mines. Was a little disappointed because it didn't specify the mines had to be my own.

3) "waiting quests" is really a confusing section of the quest journal. What are they waiting for? It doesn't say what is required to be finished before you can do those quests. I've had a quest sitting there for days I can't complete even though I have the resources listed. I keep doing the daily quests, and still they wait. The real question is, why not get rid of the "waiting quests" entirely and only display quests you can actually do? The quest that's not finishing for me is "pack some lunch".
