land renting

this would be where you could put up some land for others 2 rent if they dont want 2 spend permits, you could put it up a sertan aria for rent and the buyer can do what ever they want with it like chop trees, farm or mine ore deposits (sending geo 2 aria also) and you get an anual payment, the buyer runs out of money and land goes back to you. you could always remove the rented land but not until next payment so buyer gets moneys worth.
please cooment on this, i realy wont this 2 happen.
