When I open the quest window, it keeps going to one of the main multi-stage quests, that I have completed all I can until I get to the next level.

Bonus: As of last night the quest window itself is having issues opening, but that comes along with other behaviour that looks to me like the too many zones on a host issue that I see flagged already.
