Dear Santa,
I ask not for myself, but for those who have settled on my island.
1. A friary (architect): to provide plenty of brew and absolution from what the brew makes them do
2. A veteran general (black market): to keep idle hands out of mischief
3. A jolly geologist (guild): who won't mind the constant running to keep the masons and miners busy
4. A deerstalker hut (event): because man can't live on bread alone
5. Granite (wholesale): for upgrades and new industries, which keep the dream alive
