My Event Quest Won't End

To anyone out there ...

For today's presents quest, I had to pay 250 coal. I did so and it won't finish the quest. It's just showing Close. I had a quest freeze before, and I had to cancel it, but I really don't want to have to do that again because the award is 10 presents, which are at a premium.

Try refreshing after clearing all the temp files. If this doesn't work contact support. Good luck.
