Quest Bug: "Own at least 1 Longbowmakers(s)" Never Completes

Since end of Halloween event I am constantly notified that the above-mentioned quest is completed and I need to claim my reward. However, on claiming the reward, I never gain the benefits, and I am again notified about 5 minutes later of the quests completion. It never completes.

I've seen this error mentioned on the British forum, so I know others have encountered it.

Any fix?

I had that one for a long time, now I get the "defeate the first bandit camp" quest completion popping up everywhere from every 3 minutes, to once an hour
