Guild house error!

Hi, today I bought $10.00 worth of gems... So, I decided with some of those gems I would buy a deed for a guild house. So I did so... Then I place my guild house... Next I click the shield then click "Found Guild"... I type in the name, the tag and I select the logo... Then I select Found Guild... Then this appears "Non handled Error: GuildFoundNoGuildHouse"... So I think I should log off then log back on, so I did so... Once I log by in I repeated all of these steps... Nothing happened differently... i tried this 18 more times... Still the same... So that is when I resorted to posting this...
Please post a reply and help! I do not have much money and I am sad now.
