    An error was detected on this zone. Please try again.

    Am I the only person unable to play on Ares server, or is everyone crashed out. I have tried again and again and again to logging as the popup states. I was in the middle of accepting trades to buff a guild mate and then the message popped up the first time. Now I cannot get back in.

    Well, it's been almost half a day and I still cannot login to the game. "Server Zone Crashed" What does this mean exactly. I am the founder of my guild. I worked hard on setting everything up for all the new friends I have made to make our guild the best. Not to mention the large amounts of gems I have purchased to enhance my game play. Does BB even care? How about some help over here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Have you opened a ticket?
    Although support staff will occasionally jump in and give suggestions, if you are having trouble, the support ticket is the way to go.
    As far as your issue is concerned, what have you done to get past the error?

    I cannot get past the error. Yes I have submitted a ticket. AS of now I have completely cleared all my cache, cookies and what not. Still same issue.

    I have gone in to my individual Flash Cache and as well as my Java Cache and also cleared both of these. This issue is not on my end. The issue is on the Ubisoft BlueByte end.

    Thank you for posting this Psilo,
    I haven't yet gotten a response either on here or @ my e-mail for @ Live.ca, by the way ...... hotmail.com won't work to contact me I switched to live.ca due to the fact that Hotmail isn't co-operating with me ......
